The combination contains natural extract, essential vitamins, essential minerals and essential amino acids which are really important for growth and repair of skin tissues and keeps hair shinny. Collagen is an important ingredient of skin tissue which maintains the integrity and flexibility and help skin to appear younger. Amino acids are the key component of protein and our hair, skin and nails are made up proteins, therefore act as substrate. Vitamins and minerals are used to counteract the oxidative stress because of which our skin and hair gets damaged. Biotin helps hair follicle to grow good quality of hair.

About Composition:

Collagen is the main structural protein in the extracellular matrix in the various connective tissues in the body. As the main component of connective tissue, it is the most abundant protein in mammals, making up from 25% to 35% of the whole-body protein content. Collagen consists of amino acids bound together to form a triple helix of elongated fibril known as a collagen helix. It is mostly found in fibrous tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and skin. Over 90% of the collagen in the human body is type I collagen. However, 30 types of collagen have been identified, described, and divided into several groups according to the structure they form: All of the types contain at least one triple helix. The number of types shows collagen's diverse functionality.
Collagens are widely employed in the construction of the artificial skin substitutes used in the management of severe burns and wounds. These collagens may be derived from bovine, equine, porcine, or even human sources; and are sometimes used in combination with silicones, glycosaminoglycans, fibroblasts, growth factors and other substances. When hydrolyzed, collagen is reduced to small peptides, which can be ingested in the form of a dietary supplement or functional foods and beverages with the intent to aid joint and bone health and enhance skin health. Hydrolyzed collagen has a much smaller molecular weight in comparison to native collagen or gelatin. Studies suggest that more than 90% of hydrolyzed collagen is digested and available as small peptides in the blood stream within one hour. From the blood, the peptides (containing hydroxyproline) are transported into the target tissues (e.g., skin, bones, and cartilage), where the peptides act as building blocks for local cells and help boost the production of new collagen fibers.
Grape Seed Extract is rich in essential oils and antioxidants and has a variety of potential health benefits. Test-tube studies have shown that it can even be as effective as some commonly prescribed topical antifungal and antibacterial medications, such as nystatin. It is full of plant polyphenols, which boost your skin’s immunity, help to fight inflammation, and help with photo damage to the skin.

Green Tea Extract: Green tea extract usually contains caffeine along with other plant compounds called catechins, including epigallocatechins-3-gallate while catechins have strong antioxidant potential. It is also associated with a lower risk of coronary artery disease. A meta-analysis found that consuming green tea or green tea extract with 150 to 2500 milligrams of catechins daily intke improved patients’ cholesterol profiles.

Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3 (niacin) and is used to prevent and treat niacin deficiency (pellagra). Niacin deficiency can cause diarrhea, confusion (dementia), tongue redness/swelling, and peeling red skin. Niacinamide is often used instead of niacin because it causes fewer side effects (e.g., flushing). Unlike niacin, niacinamide does not help correct blood fat levels and cannot be substituted for niacin if you are being treated for a blood fat problem (e.g., high cholesterol).

Calcium Pantothenate or Vitamin B5:

⇒ It is form of panthothenic acid or vitamin b5
⇒ Breaks down fats and carbohydrates for energy
⇒ Plays a role in the production of sex and stress hormones in the adrenal glands and neurotransmitters
⇒ Vitamin B5 is needed for the production of red blood cells and cholesterol

Choline Bitartrate is a basic constituent of lecithin that is found in many plants and animal organs. It is important as a precursor of acetylcholine, as a methyl donor in various metabolic processes, and in lipid metabolism. Choline also aids in fat and cholesterol metabolism and prevents excessive fat build up in the liver. Choline is a major part of the polar head group of phosphatidylcholine and maintains the integrity of cell membrane.

Vitamin B6:
⇒ Needed by the body to use and store protein and carbohydrates from food (in the form of glycogen, stored energy in the muscles and liver)
⇒ Required for more than 100 enzyme reactions in the body. It aids in the formation of hemoglobin (a substance in red blood cells that carries oxygen through the blood) and neurotransmitters and hormones that influence mood and regulate the body's clock
⇒ Involved in immune function and brain development and function

Vitamin C is needed by the body to form collagen. The body also uses vitamin C to make skin, tendons, ligaments and blood vessels. It also uses this vitamin to repair and maintain cartilage, bones and teeth, to heal wounds and to form scar tissue.

Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and is a part of the vitamin B family. It's also known as vitamin H. biotin to help in converting certain nutrients into energy. It also plays an important role in the health of your hair, skin, and nails.

Inositol is often referred to as vitamin B8, but it is not actually a vitamin. It’s a type of sugar that influences the insulin response and several hormones associated with mood and cognition. Inositol also has antioxidant properties that fight the damaging effects of free radicals in the brain, circulatory system, and other body tissues. Folic Acid is a type of B vitamin helps your body produce and maintain new cells, and also helps prevent changes to DNA that may lead to cancer. Folic acid is sometimes used in combination with other medications to treat pernicious, aplastic, or normocytic anemia.

Zinc: It help is synthesis of more than 70 different enzymes. Zinc containing enzymes regulates metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids, and proteins. Zinc fastens wound healing; maintain normal growth rates, balance skin hydration and the senses of taste and smell. It assists normal growth and tissue repair. It boosts cell mediated immunity. It is poorly absorbed when given orally. Zinc is well distributed in tissues lik skeletal muscle, skin, bone, pancreas, kidney, liver, retina, prostate, RBC, and WBC. Zinc is mainly excreted through intestine and only 2% loss in the urine.

Iron is the major ingredient of red blood cell and is used in anaemia.

Copper: It is the third most abundant essential trace mineral, and is required as cofactor for many proteins, iron utilization enhancer. Copper, along with amino and fatty acids as well as vitamins, are required for normal metabolic processes. It is well orally absorbed.

Selenium is nutritionally essential for humans, is a constituent of more than two dozen selenoproteins that play critical roles in reproduction, thyroid hormone metabolism, DNA synthesis, and protection from oxidative damage and infection. Selenium has attracted attention because of its antioxidant properties. Antioxidants protect cells from damage. It can be used for many disorders like asthma to arthritis to dandruff to infertility and may reduce the odds of prostate cancer.

L-Methionine is an amino acid. Amino acids are considered the building blocks as required in synthesis. Methionine is used to prevent liver damage in acetaminophen poisoning. It is also used for decreasing the urine pH, treating liver disorders, and improving wound healing. It is also used for many other conditions including depression, alcoholism, allergies, asthma, copper poisoning, radiation side effects, schizophrenia, drug withdrawal, and Parkinson disease.

L-Cysteine: A form of cysteine called L-cysteine may help treat arthritis and hardening of the arteries. It may help treat certain lung diseases. These include bronchitis, emphysema, and tuberculosis. Cysteine influence normal growth rate of hair. Cysteine may also help reduce the effects of aging on the skin. It may help healing after surgery or burns and protect the skin from radiation injury. Cysteine may increase muscle mass and help burn fat.

L-Lysine is essential for the formation of collagen, an essential protein that affects wound repair. Animal studies indicate that lysine may speed up wound healing and reduce recovery time. Lysine may help you absorb more calcium and reduce the loss of calcium in your urine. It could even reduce the risk of calcium build-up in your blood vessels. Lysine may help reduce blood sugar response in people with diabetes.
